Australian Rules football returns to UK screens this Monday morning as the Fremantle Dockers host the Geelong Cats at Optus Stadium in Perth.

After both teams suffered disappointing defeats last weekend, we're predicting that the Cats bounce back and pounce on an injury-rattled Dockers outfit.

Fremantle Form & Team News

Fremantle suffered a five goal loss to the West Coast Eagles in last weekend's Western Derby. The Dockers were in the match right up until half time before their opponents kicked away record a comfortable win.

The Dockers are still without captain Nat Fyfe, who is arguably the AFL best player but regain speedy duo Brandon Matera and Reece Conca from injury.

Fremantle vs Geelong Betting Odds

Geelong is the 1.50 favourites to win on Monday with Bet365 with Fremantle the 2.60 outsiders.

The match handicap is at +10.5 in favour of the Dockers.

Fremantle vs Geelong Match Up

Tom Hawkins is the man to stop for Fremantle on Monday.

Hawkins has kicked nine goals across his last two matches against Fremantle, including six in a triple figure win in late 2018.

Luke Ryan is the man most likely to go to Hawkins, but with the Geelong forward having a significant size and strength advantage he will need help from his teammates. If the Dockers are to be competitive on Monday they will need to keep Hawkins off the scoreboard.

Fremantle vs Geelong Key Stats

  • Patrick Dangerfield has averaged 20 or more disposals in his last six games
