A big clash gets AFL Round 10 under on Tuesday as the Richmond Tigers take on the Brisbane Lions at Metricon Stadium..

Richmond have turned a corner with captain Trent Cotchin back and Dustin Martin showing his best form in last week's win over the Western Bulldogs.

Both Cotchin and Martin have been dominant against the Lions in previous seasons, but Brisbane have improved dramatically and are targetting a premiership year.

Richmond Tigers Form

The Tigers have won four of their last five games in fine fashion, with the only loss in that period coming against the GWS Giants.

Richmond were in poor form a fortnight ago when going down to the Giants, but showed their Premiership colours last week when demolishing the Dogs by 50 points, making the young pups look slow.

Richmond Tigers Team News

Nick Vlastuin looks like the only return for the Tigers, with the solid defender likely line up on Eric Hipwood.

Brisbane Lions Form

Brisbane stamped their authority last week against Essendon who were clearly needing a tall forward.

They are playing an exciting brand of footy, starting from the backline with Harris Andrew, to Lachie Neale, the Brownlow Medal favourite, and, of course, Charlie Cameron lurking down forward.

The question this week over the Lions is whether Cameron can have an influence on the game, after being shut down by Dylan Grimes in their last two clashes.

Richmond Tigers vs Brisbane Lions Head To Head

The Tigers hold the advantage coming into this match, with the Lions not having won a match against them for 11 years. That is a run of 14 successive Richmond wins.

They threatened to end that losing run last season, but just lacked experience when it mattered. This should be another close game, but can the Lions get the job done this time?

Richmond vs Brisbane Betting Odds

Both sides are equal favourites coming into this game, both sitting at 1.90 in what is a coin-toss game.

Richmond Tigers vs Brisbane Lions Match Up

The obvious match up in this game is between Charlie Cameron and Dylan Grimes.

Grimes has held Cameron in their last two encounters in which Brisbane have been defeated.

When Cameron is playing his best footy, few sides will beat Brisbane. Grimes is one of the best intercept markers in the league, and is underrated for his speed, and is the perfect match up for the Brisbane forward.

If Cameron can figure out how to turn the tables on Grimes, Brisbane will be winning this match.
