  • Western Bulldogs' Aaron Naughton has kicked 2+ goals in all 10 matches this season.

The Bulldogs made it two wins in a row when winning last year's only contest 80-52 at Metricon Stadium on the Gold Coast.

Western Bulldogs Form

Western Bulldogs enjoyed another wide-margin win last weekend as they brushed St Kilda in Round 10.

The Dogs were 144-33 winners at Marvel Stadium, with in-form Aaron Naughton adding another five goals to his tally for the season.

Since losing their unbeaten record to reigning premiers Richmond Tigers a month ago, the Bulldogs have reeled off three wins in a row.

They defeated Carlton 107-91, won 96-77 against Port Adelaide away and then proved much too good for the Saints last weekend.

Melbourne Demons Form

Melbourne Demons lost their unbeaten record and top spot on the ladder after a controversial 96-95 defeat at the Adelaide Crows last weekend.

Having been pushed all the way by the Crows, the Dees were denied a kick at goal in the final minutes following a dubious deliberate out of bounds calls. AFL officials have since admitted the umpires got it wrong.

Melbourne had started with a perfect nine wins in a row before coming unstuck in Adelaide.

The Demons turned the ball over 76 times against the Crows and will need to improve on that stat if they are to get the better of the Bulldogs.
