New coach Vassilis Spanoulis injected a lot of energy in Monaco and they won last two games. Panathinaikos’ defense struggled in Kaunas and they lost to Zalgiris, so I feel confident in backing the French side to win in +6.5 handicap.

Euroleague reigning champions Panathinaikos are having a decent start to the new campaign, but were probably expecting slightly more than seven victories in eleven appearances.
The Greens from Athens were defeated last week in Lithuania by Zalgiris 84-77, the game being decided in the final period which they lost 19-14.
Kendrick Nunn was the top scorer once again, ending the match with 19 points, five assists and two rebounds.
Previously, Panathinaikos claimed back to back victories against Virtus Bologna 82-77 in Italy and Maccabi Tel Aviv 93-87 at home.

Monaco sacked Sasa Obradovic and replaced with new coach and former player Vassilis Spanoulis who will try to deal with team’s inconsistency, currently sitting in 6th place in Euroleague with 7-4 record.
The French side didn’t have a lot of problems winning the derby match against Lyon last week, beating opposition 103-92 with Elie Okobo delivering 27 points and six assists.
That was their second straight win, previously beating Baskonia 87-75 in Spain, Mike James being man of the match with 16 points, six rebounds and seven assists.
Verdict
Monaco are looking good under new coach Vassilis Spanoulis and they won four out of six meetings against Panathinaikos. I am backing the visitors to win in +6.5 handicap in Greece.
