After a poor first half of the Euroleague 2024/25 campaign, Real Madrid finally found their rhythm in the past two months, wrapping up the regular season with five straight wins to finish 7th (20-14).

Los Blancos grabbed a dramatic win last week in Belgrade, beating Partizan 91-89 at the buzzer thanks to a last-second shot from Eddie Tavares. Dzanan Musa led the scoring with 15 points.

They extended their winning streak in the Spanish ACB last weekend, beating Tenerife 79-68 on the road, with Mario Hezonja named man of the match after contributing 16 points, five rebounds, and one assist.

Paris Form

Although they failed to secure direct qualification to the quarterfinals, Paris have been one of the biggest surprise packages of the Euroleague season, picking up 19 wins across 34 rounds.

Last week, they comfortably defeated bottom-placed Alba Berlin 72-63 at home, with Mikael Jantunen shining (15 points on 6/9 shooting, plus six rebounds).

On the road, their Euroleague record stands at eight wins and nine defeats.

Paris also picked up a win in the French LNB last weekend, outplaying Bourg 98-91 away from home. TJ Shorts starred with 21 points and nine assists, hitting 9 of his 11 field goal attempts.
