San Diego State are riding a seven-game win streak after knocking off #1 Alabama in the Sweet 16.

The Aztecs sparked this run with a 67-50 victory over Wyoming in their regular season finale, and have kept it going in tournament play.

They beat Colorado State 64-61 and San Jose State 64-49 to book their place in the Mountain West Conference tournament, where they beat Utah State 62-57.

San Diego State then kicked off their national campaign with a 63-57 victory against the College of Charleston, before following it up with a 75-52 demolition of Furman.

The Aztecs then produced a major upset in the Sweet 16, downing #1 Alabama 71-64 to advance.
