The Blue Devils have not tasted defeat since the 77-71 loss at Clemson back on February 8.

They responded to that loss by closing out the regular season with an eight-game win streak, and they kept that run going to claim the ACC tournament crown.

Duke beat Georgia Tech 78-70 and North Carolina 74-71 to reach the final, where they beat Louisville 73-62 to lift the trophy.

The Blue Devils then made it 12-in-a-row in their opening game of the national tournament, beating Mount St Mary’s 93-49.

Baylor Form

Baylor enter this game on a mixed run of form, having now gone 4-5 in their last nine games.

The Bears endured a three-game skid late in the regular season, before rebounding with back-to-back wins, beating Oklahoma State 71-61 and TCU 61-58.

They failed to close out the regular season with a victory though, suffering a 65-61 defeat at the hands of Houston.

Baylor bounced back in the first round of the Big 12 tournament, beating Kansas State 70-56, only to then lose their next outing to Texas tech, 76-74.

The Bears issued an immediate response in the first round of March Madness, beating Mississippi State 75-72.

Duke have been a dominant force in college basketball this season so it is no surprise to see them being made a double digit favourite.

We expect the Blue Devils to make straightforward work of Baylor as they advance to the Sweet 16.
