Nanterre have hit a rough patch in April, so far losing all three encounters they played across competitions.

This negative streak started with an 89-74 road loss against Monaco in the French LNB, while they were also beaten in the Champions League quarterfinal Game 1 by AEK Athens 76-69 in Athens.

Nanterre’s losing run was extended last weekend with another defeat in the French top flight, losing to Cholet 88-78, Justin Tillman being their top performer with 20 points and six rebounds.

AEK Athens struggled in the first three quarters against Nanterre in Game 1 last week and won the match (76-69) thanks to big comeback in the last ten minutes, winning the last period 20-9.

Hunter Hale had an amazing display, hitting 7 out of his 14 field goal attempts to finish with 20 points total, while also adding four assists and two rebounds. Prentiss Hubb was slightly behind with 15 points.

As for their Greek Basket League campaign, AEK started their quarterfinal series with an 89-76 home win against PAOK, but then got demolished in Game 2 last weekend 94-69.
