The Bulls suffered a couple of disappointing road defeats in the second half of January, losing 116-110 at Indiana and 111-86 at Charlotte.

They rebounded with a 128-109 blowout of Orlando on the road, only to then lose 108-103 to the LA Clippers.

Chicago have not been beaten since though, reeling off three consecutive home wins.

The Bulls downed Charlotte 114-98 and Portland 129-121, before beating San Antonio 128-104 in their final game before heading out on the road.

Memphis Grizzlies Form

Memphis go into this matchup in miserable form, having lost eight of their last nine games.

The Grizzlies went on an 11-game surge after Christmas, but their run ended with a 122-121 loss at the Los Angeles Lakers and they have not bounced back.

That loss was followed up by further road defeats to Phoenix (112-110), Sacramento (133-100), Golden State (122-120) and Minnesota (111-100).

Memphis stopped the rot briefly with a 112-100 win at home to Indiana, but they immediately returned to losing ways with a 122-112 loss to Portland.

The Grizzlies followed that up with a 128-113 defeat at Cleveland, before returning home for a 106-103 loss to Toronto.
