Dallas head to Cleveland looking to bounce back from a defeat that ended their seven-game win streak.

The Mavericks stumbled during the second half of January, losing five times in a seven-game spell, and started February with a 129-117 defeat to Milwaukee.

They got back on track after that though, sparking a seven-game win streak with a 118-102 win in Philadelphia.

Dallas then won 119-107 at Brooklyn and 122-108 at New York, before returning home to beat Oklahoma City 146-111, Washington 112-104, San Antonio 116-93, and Phoenix 123-113.

However, the Mavericks failed to make it eight straight wins in the opening game of this road trip, losing 133-111 in Indiana.

Cleveland Cavaliers Form

Cleveland return home looking to build on a weekend win over Washington – their 18th in their last 22 games.

The Cavaliers started the year in red-hot fashion, rebounding from a New Year’s Day defeat with eight consecutive victories.

They then rebounded from a 126-116 defeat to Milwaukee with a 112-100 win over the Bucks that sparked a nine-game win streak.

Cleveland’s run was halted by a 123-121 loss to Philadelphia, and although they bounced back immediately to beat Chicago 108-105, they failed to back that up.

The Cavaliers lost 116-109 to Orlando and 104-97 in Philadelphia, but they did get back to winning ways over the weekend, beating Washington 114-105.
