Houston went into Tuesday night’s game in Dallas on the back of a big win against Denver that took them to 8-6.

The Rockets hit a rich vein of form at the start of November as a 128-119 win against Charlotte sparked a six-game win streak that included a 107-104 victory over Denver.

That run was ended by a 106-100 defeat in LA Clippers, and they then remained in Los Angeles for a 105-104 defeat to the Lakers.

Houston’s losing skid hit three games as they were beaten 121-116 by Golden State, but a return home brought a return to winning ways.

The Rockets blew out Memphis, 111-91, and they backed that up with a 105-86 blowout of Denver.

Denver Nuggets Form

Denver come into this matchup have won back-to-back games to improve their record to 12-6.

The Nuggets won eight of their first nine games, but saw their form tail off during the second half of November.

They suffered back-to-back road defeats as they were beaten 115-110 in New Orleans and 121-109 at Cleveland.

Denver then failed to build on a 107-103 victory in Detroit as they then lost 124-119 at Orlando and 105-86 in Houston.

The Nuggets stopped the rot against San Antonio though, winning 132-120, and they followed that up with a 113-104 victory over the LA Clippers.
