Miami head to Boston having split the first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals.

The Heat, who have beaten Atlanta 4-1 and Philadelphia 4-2 so far, made a winning start to the series.

They ran out 118-107 winners when they hosted the Celtics in Game 1 on Tuesday night.

Miami failed to make the most of home court advantage in Game 2 however, getting blown out 127-102 on Thursday.

Jimmy Butler led the Heat in scoring with 29 points to go along with six rebounds and three assists.

Butler did not get much support from the rest of the starting five though, as Bam Adebayo finished with only six points and nine reboudns.

Gabe Vincent was the only other starter to hit double digits, putting up 14 points, three rebounds and three assists.

Victor Oladipo had a horrible shooting night as he stepped off the bench to contribute 14 points, while Tyler Herro registered just 11 points and three assists.

Boston Celtics Form

Boston head home in confident mood having taken one of their first two road games in this series.

The Celtics, who swept Brooklyn 4-0 before battling past Milwaukee 4-3, went 1-1 in Miami to start the Eastern Conference Finals.

They made a losing start on Tuesday night as they fell to a 118-107 defeat at the FX Arena.

Boston’s response was an impressive one, as they blew out the Heat 127-102 in their second outing in Florida.

Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart all delivered for the Celtics in a big win.

Tatum had 27 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Brown put up 24 points and eight rebounds.

Smart was the star of the show though, combining 24 points with 12 assists, nine rebounds and three steals.

Grant Williams made a splash off the bench too, contributing 19 points and four rebounds in the win.
