Oklahoma City go into their final matchup before the NBA All-Star break looking to extend their current win streak to eight games.

The Thunder ended January on a low note as they were beaten 116-109 at Golden State, but they have not tasted defeat since then.

They returned home to blow out Sacramento, 144-110, and that proved to be the start of a six-game tear that saw them also beat Milwaukee, 125-96, Phoenix 140-109, and Toronto, 121-109, at home.

Oklahoma City then made it five-in-a-row when they went out on the road to down Memphis, 125-112, before heading home for two more wins this week.

The Thunder downed New Orleans 137-101 on Monday, and then made straightforward work of Miami last night, winning 115-101.

Minnesota Timberwolves Form

Minnesota go into this game looking to rebound from last night's disappointing loss to a short-handed Milwaukee team.

The Timberwolves ended January on a tear as they won five consecutive games, but they made a rough start to February.

Their five-game run was ended by a 105-103 home defeat to Washington, and they then fell to a 116-114 defeat when they played host to Sacramento.

Minnesota rallied before heading out on the road though, beating Chicago 127-108, Houston 127-114 and Portland 114-98.

The Timberwolves failed to make it four-in-a-row in Cleveland though, as they were beaten 128-107 by the Cavaliers, and that became back-to-back losses last night as they fell 103-101 to Milwaukee.

Oklahoma City are the better team in better form heading into this matchup at the Paycom Center.
