The first Grade Two on Cheltenham's card will be run at 12:45pm, as eight classy four-year-olds battle it out in the Finesse Juvenile Hurdle. Sign up with Betfair today, place your first £10 bet on any runner in the 12:45pm at Cheltenham on Saturday, and you'll get a £10 free bet for each of the remaining SIX races on the card!

Wondering who to back in this trial for the Triumph Hurdle? Here's our best bet...

2022 Triumph Trial Finesse Juvenile Hurdle Tips

Gordon Elliott's expensive recruit from the flat, Pied Piper is greatly respected. However, both of his wins on the level and his recent hurdles triumph at Punchestown came on heavy going, so it could be worth taking the favourite on as he meets quicker ground.

Course form goes a long way around Prestbury Park. The only entrant with previous experience around Cheltenham is INTERNE DE SIVOLA, who currently sits at an appealing price.

Following a decent third-place finish behind two decent rivals at Warwick, Nick Williams' juvenile ran out an easy winner of the Triumph Trial held here during the International meeting. Chester Williams' mount has to carry a three-pound penalty for that success, but he was much the best in that contest and seemed to relish the uphill run to the line. Another big run is expected.
