• Duelbits has the right to withdraw the availability of promotions to users deemed to be taking advantage (i.e creating multiple accounts to cover all possible scenarios)
• The Bitcoin price will be taken at the time of when the entries close. This is when the first fight of the night begins.
• If there is more than one winner of the Jackpot, the prize will be shared.
• The Draw outcome also takes into account methods such as no contests. If a fight ends in a no contest, then Draw will be the winning selection.
• The Jackpot for correctly guessing every correct fight winner & method on a card will be credited within 72 hours.
• Only the official result for each fight on the night will stand. Any future alterations will not have any effect on the outcome
• After publishing, if 3 or more fights do not take place, then Duelbits reserve the right to reduce the Jackpot.
• Duelbits reserves the right to reduce the Jackpot if there are 10 or less fights on a card.
• In the event of a tie, dead-heat rules will apply.
• The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withdraw the availability of promotions to any customer or group of customers at any time on prior notice wherever possible. Furthermore, promotions may be amended or withdrawn without notice, temporarily or permanently, if Duelbits finds it necessary to do so.
• The promotion is limited to one entry per customer. We only allow one customer to participate from each household address, IP address, email address, same payment account or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).
