Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk Odds – AJ Odds-On To Retain World Titles
- Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk takes place on September 25
- World heavyweight title fight to take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
- Joshua 2/5 to win fight with Coral; Usyk a 2/1 underdog
Anthony Joshua is odds-on to successfully defend his world heavyweight championships when he faces Oleksandr Usyk on September 25.
Joshua is now taking on the former cruiserweight kingpin after seeing a unification scrap with Tyson Fury get shelved due to a contractual issue.
The bookmakers are not expecting Usyk to derail the prospect of an eventual showdown between Joshua and Fury, but they are not writing him off either.
Coral is 2/5 that Joshua is victorious when he defends his belts in September, with Usyk 2/1 to become heavyweight champion and set up his own unification clash with the winner of Fury vs Wilder.
"This is a fascinating heavyweight clash to look forward to,” Coral’s John Hill told FreeTips.com.
“Anthony Joshua is the favourite in the betting to come out on top but he will be fully aware of the threat of Oleksandr Usyk.
"We think Joshua has just over 70% of a chance to win this fight and keep a unification contest with Tyson Fury alive for early 2022.”
