2023 Mares' Chase Entries

Willie Mullins has won both renewals of the Mares' Chase since it's creation and Ireland's Champion Trainer will saddle co-favourite Allegorie De Vassy - unbeaten in two starts over fences - prior to this season's renewal. Sitting alongside the ante-post favourite is Ciaran Murphy's Impervious, who's also unbeaten during her first season over fences.

Sitting closest to the two novices at the top of the market is Scarlet And Dove, who finished third in this race 12 months ago. Defending champion, Elimay has drifted markedly in the betting, having suffered a setback earlier in the season.

Gavin Cromwell could be represented by Jeremys Flame, while Henry De Bromhead has entered up course winner Gin On Lime. Along with Allegorie De Vassy, Willie Mullins could also be represented by Dinoblue, Dolcita and Instit.

The highest-placed home runner in the current betting is Dan Skelton's Galia Des Liteaux. Nigel Twiston-Davies' Zambella could return for another crack, having finished fourth 12 months ago. Other likely Cheltenham Festival runners include Dermot McLoughlin's Delvino, Gordon Elliott's Mount Ida, Jonjo O'Neill's Annie Mc and last year's runner-up, Pink Legend.
