2024 Mares' Novices' Hurdle Entries

It's been a few years since Willie Mullins last won the Mares' Novices' Hurdle, but he looks set to unleash unbeaten mare Jade De Grugy, following her impressive form so far this term. Jade De Grugy won't be the only unbeaten star to enter this Grade Two. Gordon Elliott's will be represented by Brighterdaysahead, with Fergal O'Brien's Dysart Enos rivalling the Irish raiders for favouritism.

Willie Mullins has handed further entries to Fun Fun Fun, Friends and Judicieuse Allen. Aurora Vega, Hip Hop Davis, Junta Marvel, Baby Kate and Old Ground have also been entered by Ireland's Champion Trainer, despite not jumping a hurdle under rules yet.

Nicky Henderson's Joyeuse, Birdie Or Bust for Henry De Bromhead, and Peter Fahey's Tiger Bay Queen could fly the flag for JP McManus. Second-season novice Jetara could make an appearance on day three of the Cheltenham Festival, along with Harry Derham's Queens Gamble.

Other possible runners include Jeremy Scott's Golden Ace, another JP McManus representative in Bioluminescence, French raider July Flower, and the Robcour pair of Look To The West and Qualimita.
