England Form

England will be desperate to bounce back after suffering a humiliating defeat to the West Indies in the 1st Test. It went wrong after Ben Stokes won the toss and elected to bat.

England were bowled out for 204 runs with Ben Stokes top scoring on 43 runs. The West Indies then scored 318 runs before England responded with 313 runs. Zach Crawley batted superbly to score 76 runs.

The target of 200 was always in the balance but despite a fine start by the hosts with ball in hand, the Windies managed to pull through and win by four wickets late on day 5.

England News

The biggest change will see Joe Root return to captain while Ben Stokes will continue his duties as vice-captain. Joe Denly is likely to be the batsman who makes way while Zach Crawley should move up to bat at three.
