Michael van Gerwen heads into Day One of the PDC Super Series as 3/1 favourite with Ladbrokes to come out victorious.
Elsewhere, world number one and reigning world champion Gerwyn Price is 7/2 to win the opening event of the series, with returnee Raymond van Barneveld way back at 150/1.
And it's Dad Steve Brown (500/1) who is more likely to go all the way over his son John (750/1) on Thursday, as the pair become the first father and son duo to compete as PDC Tour Card holders in 10 years.
Ladbrokes spokesperson Alex Apati told FreeTips.com: "Gerwyn Price might be the reigning world champ but MVG is seemingly the man to beat if the latest odds are anything to go by on the opening day of the Super Series."
