Call of Duty League Championship 2025 will begin on Thursday, June 26, with the first round of the double-elimination bracket.

All eight squads got seeded into the double-elimination bracket based on their placement, with the no.1 seed paired with no.8 seed, no.2 seed with no.7 seed, and so on.

The rest of the squads attending the CDL Championship 2025 are viewed as complete outsiders, having failed to show anything inspiring in the months leading up to the world championship.

Admittedly, the Heretics can be a bit hit-or-miss at times, but their ceiling is very high, and if they can find momentum early, Miami will be a tough team to deal with.

Much like Heretics, OpTic are not to be overlooked. This core won last year’s Championsip, and while they’ve not been consistent this season, OpTic have the talent and the experience to deliver on the big stage - especially now that they've had enough time to adjust to the new lineup.
