The second match of the series was a bit more straightforward, as KC didn't struggle too much against Spacestation Gaming (3-1); the same thing happened against Moist Esports, who Karmine Corp defeated 4-1 on Saturday.

Besides the game against Ground Zero, Karmine Corp looked excellent. But there's also one more thing to consider – Karmine Corp have yet to be properly tested. And unlike Team BDS, they didn't have to face any top teams.

Team BDS kicked off the RLCS Spring Split Major with a commanding 3-1 victory over Gen.G Mobil1 Racing, then added a 3-0 sweep of Rule One, and on Saturday caused a huge upset against Team Vitality (4-1). Perhaps Team BDS winning against Vitality wasn't exactly a massive surprise; however, BDS have yet to beat Vitality this year, so they deserve props for it.

Overall, Team BDS have looked excellent and are arguably the best team remaining in the tournament. The offered esports betting odds on this match suggest that BDS are just as strong as KC, but that's hard to defend since it's more than fair to say that KC wouldn't have looked as good if they were in BDS's bracket.
