Al Gharafa haven’t won back to back games since March which highlights their inconsistency. They recently lost 3-0 at Al Khor which saw them knocked out of the QSL Cup.

Pedro Martins’ side returned home where they beat Al Wakrah 3-1 in the Stars League. Ahmed Al Ganehi and Joselu scored to help them overturn an early deficit, leaving them fourth on the tabe.

The Qatari club won their opening game in the AFC Champions League but have failed to win in three since. They lost 3-1 against Al Nassr last time out, Joselu’s 75th minute strike giving them some hope late on.
