Ghana take on Sudan in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Thursday. Ghana will be confident of extending their recent form against a Sudan team that have struggled of late.

Ghana Form

Ghana come into Wednesday’s friendly off the back of a solid run of form that has seen them win three of their last four matches.

The first of those victories came against South Africa, who they beat 2-0 in an African Cup of Nations qualifier.

In their next qualifier they defeated São Tomé e Príncipe 1-0, before then losing 3-0 at Mali in a friendly.

Last time out, Ghana thrashed Qatar 5-1 in an international friendly. Goals came from Tarique Fosa, Andre Ayew (2), Samuel Owusu and Caleb Ekuban.
