Silkeborg held a commanding 3-0 lead in the first leg of the Danish Cup semifinal last week in Brondby, with Andreas Poulsen, Tonni Adamsen, and an own goal by Jordi Vanlerberghe on the scoresheet. However, they conceded three times in the second half, and the match ended 3-3.

Their recent Superliga form has been mixed, but they still lead the race for a place in the Conference League playoffs.
