It's all to play for for Oxford United and Portsmouth with their League One play-off semi-final finely poised at 1-1 heading into Monday's second leg at the Kassam Stadium. Oxford claimed a draw at Fratton Park on Friday and will now look to use home advantage to progress to the final.

Oxford United Form

Oxford earned their spot in the League One play-offs on the back of five straight victories, and that became six games unbeaten courtesy of a 1-1 draw in the first leg against Portsmouth. Ronan Curtis struck for Pompey before Marcus Browne levelled two minutes before half-time and that was the way it stayed.

Portsmouth Form

The draw in the first leg made it four games without a win for Portsmouth, who have lost to Arsenal in the FA Cup and Peterborough and drawn with Fleetwood and Oxford. Prior to that, Kenny Jackett's side had won 13 of their previous 15 matches. Have they lost their way at the wrong time?

Oxford United vs Portsmouth Head to Head

The two sides have drawn all three meetings so far this season. Things ended level when Oxford hosted Portsmouth at the Kassam Stadium in the EFL Trophy in October, a tie that finished 2-2 before Pompey won 3-2 in extra-time.

It was a 1-1 draw when they met at Fratton Park in November and the same scoreline again on Friday in the first leg.

Oxford United vs Portsmouth Odds

Oxford and Portsmouth are evenly matched in the 90 minute match betting odds at 2.45 and 2.87. A draw is 3.25 with bet365.

Oxford are 1.80 to qualify for the play-off final with Portsmouth 1.95.

Oxford United vs Portsmouth Match Up

There has very little to split Oxford and Portsmouth in three games this season, other than an extra-time winner for Pompey in the EFL Trophy. It was tight and tense in the first leg and clear-cut chances were limited, and that should be the case again on Monday with so much to play for.
