Head to Head

Burnley ended Liverpool's 68-game unbeaten home run when pulling off a 1-0 shock at Anfield in January.

Liverpool still lead the head to head 56-38 with 29 draws in previous meetings between the sides.

Burnley Form

Burnley are ending the season in a mixed run of form having traded two wins with two losses over the past four games.

Sean Dyche's side were thumped 4-0 at home by Leeds on Saturday on an afternoon to forget.

It was a third straight loss at Turf Moor having also lost to Newcastle and West Ham at home.

The two most recent wins, which secured Burnley's place in the Premier League next season, were away victories at Wolves and Fulham.

Burnley Team News

Burnley are still without defender Kevin Long and winger Robbie Brady through injury.

Goalkeeper Nick Pope is a doubt, while full-backs Dale Stephens and Phil Bardsley are unlikely to return.

Liverpool Form

An injury-time headed goal from goalkeeper Alisson kept Liverpool in the hunt for a top four finish as he grabbed the winner in a 2-1 win at West Brom on Sunday.

The Reds looked set for a frustrating draw at The Hawthorns after Mo Salah had cancelled out Hal Robson-Kanu's opener for the Baggies.

But five minutes into added time, Alisson powered home a header from a corner to be Liverpool's unlikely hero.

It was a third straight win for Jurgen Klopp's side following victories over Southampton and Manchester United in the last week. A win at Burnley would move the Reds into the top four.

Liverpool Team News

Alex Oxlaide-Chamberlain and James Milner could be available to add a boost to Liverpool's midfield.

But Diogo Jota is out for the rest of the Premier League season after suffering a foot injury.

Jota joins goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher, defenders Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Joel Matip, Ozan Kabak and Ben Davies, and midfielders Jordan Henderson and Naby Keita on the list of absentees.
