Crystal Palace host Leeds at Selhurst Park in the Premier League on Saturday. Both teams have struggled to get wins on the board in recent weeks.

Crystal Palace Form

Crystal Palace come into Saturday’s fixture off the back of just one win in their last five games in the Premier League.

Roy Hodgson’s team started the run with back-to-back losses against Everton and Chelsea. This was followed up by a 1-1 draw at home to rivals Brighton.

Palace then picked up their only win since the opening day of the season, beating Fulham 2-1 away from home. The win came courtesy of a goal and assist from Wilfried Zaha.

It was only preceded by another defeat though, as they fell to a 2-0 loss away to Wolves last Friday.

Crystal Palace Team News

Captain Luka Milivojevic is suspended following his red card last week. Midfielder James McCarthy and striker Connor Wickham will also miss out.

Palace will also be without Goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey, defenders Joel Ward, James Tomkins and Nathan Ferguson due to injury.

Leeds Form

Leeds have been unable to put together a string of wins in the Premier League in recent weeks.

Leeds have one win from their last four matches, but will have been buoyed by their 1-1 draw with Manchester City.

A 1-0 home defeat to Wolves followed that positive result, though Leeds then bounced back. They did so with a 3-0 win away to Aston Villa thanks to a Patrick Bamford treble.

Last time, Marcelo Bielsa’s team were well beaten by a top Leicester side at Elland Road. Harvey Barnes, Jamie Vardy and Youri Tielemans sealed a 4-1 win for the Foxes.

Leeds Team News

Leeds are without key players in midfielder Kalvin Phillips and forwards Raphinha and Rodrigo. Defenders Diego Llorente and Gaetano Berardi are also unavailable.

Crystal Palace vs Leeds Head to Head

Leeds have the upper hand in this fixture with 29 wins. Crystal Palace have 17 victories of their own, alongside 16 draws.

The last meeting between the two sides ended in a 2-2 draw back in March 2013.

Crystal Palace vs Leeds Odds

Leeds are favourites to win here at 2.50, while Crystal Palace can be backed at 3.0. The draw is available at 3.50.

Crystal Palace vs Leeds Match Up

Just as the league table shows, this is a meeting of two evenly matched teams. Both are side-by-side in the Premier League table and have 10 points to their name, which indicates a close game.
