Liverpool Form

Liverpool kept their slim Premier League title chances alive with a 2-1 win at Southampton on Tuesday. The Reds conceded early on before Takumi Minamino and Joel Matip completed the comeback.

The win followed a 2-1 victory at Aston Villa and a 1-1 home draw with Tottenham. Jurgen Klopp’s side are unbeaten in 18 Premier League matches and they are one point behind Man City in second.

Liverpool Injuries & Team News

Striker Mo Salah, defender Virgil van Dijk and midfielder Fabinho are doubtful.

Defender Joe Gomez is ruled out.

Wolves Form

Wolves’ winless run extended to six in the Premier League after a 1-1 home draw with Norwich. Wanderers were 1-0 down at half time before Rayan Ait Nouri equalised in the second period.

Wolves lost four of their previous five before the Norwich stalemate. The Midlands side lost against Man City (5-1), Brighton (3-0), Newcastle and Burnley (1-0).

The poor form ended any hopes of Bruno Lage’s side breaking into the European places. They are in eighth place in the Premier League.

Defenders Max Kilman and Nelson Semedo and midfielder Romain Saiss are out.
