Manchester City and England star Phil Foden is the bookmakers’ favourite to win the PFA Player of the Year award.

Foden has played a key role in what could be another Premier League success for City, and as a resilt he heads up the betting at 6/4 with Ladbrokes.

Unsurprisingly City’s success means the second favourite also comes from their ranks in the form of 7/4 Rodri.

“We think this season’s PFA Player of the Year award is between Manchester City duo Phil Foden and Rodri,” said a spokesperson for a leading bookmaker.

“Both players are having an excellent campaign for the champions, and there is very little between them in the betting, with the Englishman just edging the Spaniard at the top of the market.”

Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice is 6/1 for the award after an impressive first season in North London, while his Gunners team-mate Bukayo Saka is a 10/1 shot alongside City striker Erling Haaland.
