Watford will aim to build on their first win of the season as they host Burnley in an English Premier League fixture at Vicarage Road. The Hornets will take confidence from their performance at Norwich last time out and can hold out against an inconsistent Burnley.

Watford Form

Watford are finally off the foot of the table after beating Norwich 2-0 for their first win of the season. Goals from Gerard Deulofeu and Andre Gray sealed the win for the Hornets, who had two shots on target and 1.36 expected goals.

Quique Sanchez Flores' men appear to have turned a corner having gone unbeaten in four of their last five Premier League matches, although they have played out three draws in that run. Their recent upturn in form has been driven by Gerard Deulofeu who has scored in his last two matches.

Sean Dyche’s men have blown hot and cold this season and are still seeking their first away win of the campaign having suffered three defeats and three draws on the road. They often struggle to keep things tight at the back having conceded in three of their last four matches.
