Anthony Correia’s side got past Den Haag in the play-offs first round, Youssef El Kachati scoring in both legs as they won 3-0 on aggregate.

Telstar got past Den Bosch in the second round following a 0-0 draw in the first leg. Down 1-0 in the second leg at home, El Kachati equalised from the penalty spot and Danny Bakker scored in extra time to secure a 2-1 victory.

Willem II Form

Willem II are in horrible form having won one of their last 19 games. Peter Maes was sacked in late April after eight straight defeats and replaced by Kristof Aelbrecht.

Aelbrecht picked up two points in four matches to finish in the relegation play-off position, one point above RKC Waalwijk.

The Tilburg club lost 2-1 at Dordrecht in the first leg of the play-off second round, down 2-0 before Ringo Meerveld got a goal back.

Tommy St. Jago and Jens Mathijsen scored in the opening seven minutes to establish a 2-0 lead in the second leg. They won the match 3-2 to take it to a penalty shootout where they prevailed.
