Barrow and AFC Wimbledon meet in their delayed FA Cup first round clash on Thursday at Holker Street. The hosts have gone five games without a win, but will the cup tie bring out the best in David Dunn's side?

Barrow have found life tough back in the Football League with David Dunn's side collecting 13 points from their opening 14 games to sit in 19th spot in League Two.

The Bluebirds have won just twice all season across all competitions and are winless in their last five matches.

Glyn Hodges' Wimbledon side had drawn three of their previous five matches with stalemates against Burton (1-1), MK Dons (1-1) and Doncaster (2-2).

AFC Wimbledon also recorded 1-0 wins wins over Blackpool and Rochdale during their recent run. The victory over Rochdale on Saturday came courtesy of Ethan Chislett's winner two minutes into injury time.

Terell Thomas returned from injury with an appearance from the bench against Gillingham. The defender could start at Barrow with new boy Ben Heneghan likely to continue at the back.

Defender Luke O'Neill and midfielder Jaakko Oksanen remain out injured.
