Head to Head
Everton have a 10-9 advantage against Bournemouth in 21 meetings with two draws.
Everton Form
Everton had few problems getting past League One side Peterborough in round three of the FA Cup. The Toffees comfortably progressed after a 2-0 win at Goodison Park.
David Moyes returned as Everton manager following that win and oversaw a 1-0 loss to Aston Villa. The Merseyside club responded with a 3-2 home win against Tottenham and a 1-0 victory at Brighton.
The Toffees won three consecutive games for the first time since April following a 4-0 home win against Leicester. Abdoulaye Doucouré scored in the first minute and Beto netted a brace before Iliman Ndiaye struck in the 89th minute.
Everton Injuries
Strikers Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti are sidelined due to injury.
Winger Dwight McNeil is also injured and unlikely to feature.
Bournemouth Form
Bournemouth came back from a goal down and thrashed West Brom 5-1 in their previous FA Cup match. That cup win came during the Cherries 12 match unbeaten run in all competitions.
Andoni Iraola’s side followed the West Brom win with a 2-2 draw at Chelsea. Bournemouth then comfortably beat Newcastle 4-1 away and Nottingham Forest 5-0 at home.
The Cherries lost for the first time since late November after a 2-0 defeat to Liverpool. They allowed 2.72 XG and conceded in each half without reply.
Bournemouth Injuries
Defenders Julian Araujo, James Hill and Adam Smith and Marcos Senesi are ruled out with injuries.
Forward trio Luis Sinisterra, Evanilson and Enes Unal are also inured and unavailable.
Midfielder Alex Scott is also set to miss this clash due to injury.
Verdict
Everton are becoming tougher to beat and Bournemouth have dropped recent points on the road. The Toffees will want to keep their good form rolling and a home double chance bet has good value.
