World Cup 2022 Odds – Brazil popular pick with punters to win World Cup
- 2022 World Cup gets underway on November 20
- Brazil cut to 7/2 to win tournament amid continued support
- England 8/1 with Coral behind 5/1 Argentina & 7/1 France
Brazil’s odds of winning the World Cup have been cut by bookmakers following continued support.
The 2022 tournament gets underway on November 20 and the bookies widely expect the trophy to head to South America next month.
Brazil are proving to be popular favourites, forcing Coral to cut their odds from 4/1 to 7/2.
Argentina are hot on their heels though at 5/1, with France leading the European contingent at 7/1.
England are fourth best in the betting at 8/1, while Wales are 150/1 outsiders to win it all.
“Brazil have been in excellent form heading into this tournament,” Coral’s John Hill told FreeTips.com.
“With an attack that is stacked with talent, it is easy to see why many punters see them as the team to beat in Qatar.”
In the firm’s stage of elimination betting for England, the quarter-final and the round of 16 are the 9/4 joint-favourites, with the semi-final next best at 9/2.
Wales are odds-on at 4/6 to be eliminated in the group stages.
