Bengaluru edged the first leg 1-0, making it nine wins in a 10-game unbeaten run. I'm backing that continues and for the Blues to seal a spot in the ISL final with Mumbai City's form having dropped off at the wrong time.

Sunil Chhetri came off the bench to score the only goal of the semi-final first leg as Bengaluru beat Mumbai City 1-0 on Tuesday.

The veteran was also the hero in the knockout game a week earlier as he netted the only goal of the game in extra-time as the Blues edged Kerala Blasters 1-0.

It is now 10 games unbeaten for Simon Grayson's side, who ended the regular season with eight straight wins including becoming the first side to beat Mumbai this season with a 2-1 victory at home.

Mumbai City finished top of the ISL standings, but the Islanders' form has dropped off dramatically since sealing top spot.

Having enjoyed an 18-game unbeaten run, Des Buckingham's side lost their final two games to Bengaluru 2-1 and East Bengal 1-0.

That became three straight defeats when losing the first leg at home leaving Mumbai's title hopes hanging by a thread.
