Hyderabad Form

Manuel Roca has Hyderabad in good form with his side having started the season with a five-game unbeaten run. It is seven matches without defeat including the final two games of last season.

A 1-0 win over Odisha in their opening game was followed by three successive draws against Bengaluru (0-0), Jamshedpur (1-1) and ATK Mohun Bagan (1-1).

A second win of the season was secured on Tuesday with a 3-2 victory over East Bengal.

Hyderabad came from a goal down to lead 3-1 through two goals from Aridane, who also missed a penalty, and Halicharan Narzary. A second of the game for East Bengal's Jacques Maghoma set up a tense finale, but Hyderabad held on.

Mumbai City Form

Mumbai City remain top of the ISL table despite seeing a four-game winning run ended with a 1-1 draw against Jamshedpur on Monday.

Sergio Lobera's side found themselves behind when Nerijus Valskis scored after nine minutes for Jamshedpur. Bartholomew Ogbeche levelled six minutes later, but Mumbai were unable to break down 10-man Jamshedpur and claim another win.

Since losing 1-0 to NorthEast United in their opening game, Mumbai defeated Goa (1-0), East Bengal (3-0), Odisha (2-0) and Chennaiyin (2-1) during a run that took them to the top of the table.

Hyderabad's Aridane returned for the last game and took his tally to four goals for the season. Spaniards midfielder Lluis Sastre and forward Fran Sandaza, and Australian forward continue to be on the injured list.
