Mumbai City vs Goa Predictions

It took a 95th minute penalty to split these sides in November, and there won't be much between them once again on Monday.

Goa have drawn four in a row. Mumbai have mixed their form over the last three weeks with two wins, two draws and a defeat.

This one can end level with Goa boasting a good record against Mumbai.

  • Goa are unbeaten in 5 of their last 7 matches against Mumbai City (Indian Super League).
  • Goa have drawn their last 4 matches (Indian Super League).
  • Goa have seen BTTS in 8 of their last 9 matches (Indian Super League).

Head to Head

Goa have won five of the last seven matches against Mumbai City and lead the head to head 7-5. There have also been three draws.

Goa won both clashes last season with a 4-2 victory away followed by a 5-2 successes at home.

Mumbai City got revenge with a 1-0 win in the first meeting this season in November. Adam Le Fondre scored a 95th minute penalty.

Mumbai City Form

Leaders Mumbai City ended a two-game run without a win with a 2-1 victory over Kerala Blasters on Wednesday.

Sergio Lobera's side came from a goal down to record their 10th win of the season.

Second-half goals from Bipin Singh and an Adam Le Fondre penalty cancelled out Vicente Gomez's opener for Kerala.

It was a welcome win for the league leaders, who had won one of their previous four games during their worst run of the season.

Mumbai had drawn with Hyderabad and Chennaiyin and been beaten 2-1 by NorthEast United. The Islanders also won 1-0 against East Bengal.

Midfielder Ahmed Jahouh is available for Mumbai City after serving a second ban of the season.

He should return in place of Cy Goddard.

Bartholomew Ogbeche was left out in favour of Adam Le Fondre against Kerala Blasters, but is likely to return to the starting line-up.

Goa Form

Goa have drawn four in a row - and five of their last six matches - to slip outside of the top four in the ISL.

The latest stalemate for The Gaurs was an entertaining 2-2 draw with NorthEast United.

Goa twice led through Alexander Romario Jesuraj and a Gurjinder Kumar own goal. But two Federico Gallego penalties earned NorthEast a point.

Juan Ferrando's side had also drawn 1-1 with ATK Mohun Bagan, Kerala Blasters and East Bengal.

In a six-game unbeaten run, Goa drew 1-1 with East Bengal again and beaten Jamshedpur 3-0.
