They had mixed results in April, starting with a 2-1 road win at New York City, followed by two goalless draws against Toronto and Dallas.

After wrapping up the previous month with a 4-3 loss to Dallas, they returned to winning ways last weekend with a 4-1 victory over New York Red Bulls, Fabrice Picault scoring twice in these encounters, Leo Messi and Luis Suarez also on target.

Javier Mascherano’s side made it to the Concacaf Champions League semifinals where they were considered favorites against Vancouver. The Whitecaps recently won both games 2-0 & 3-1 and advanced to the grand finals.

Minnesota United remain without Hassani Dotson, Owen Gene and Kipp Keller due to injury, while Kelvin Yeboah is also expected to miss out again, having been absent for the past two matches.

Inter Miami continue to deal with the absences of Drake Callender, David Ruiz and Baltasar Rodriguez, all of whom remain sidelined through injury.
