Jose Mourinho 6-1 to join Arsenal as his next club - Will the Special One take over at the Emirates?

Leading bookmaker Coral have made Jose Mourinho 6-1 to join Arsenal as his next club. The former Porto, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Manchester United boss has been out of work since being sacked as Man Utd manager in December 2018.

With constant speculation about when and where Mourinho could return to management, the Gunners are now an option due the current struggles at the London club.

“Unai Emery is under big pressure at Arsenal and with Jose Mourinho out of work at the moment, some punters feel the Gunners will turn to the Special One to sort out their problems,” said Coral’s John Hill.

It's unsurprising that Mourinho is linked with Arsenal, but would he want to take over the Gunners with the club so far behind Manchester City and Liverpool? It might not be a far stretch with Mourinho ready to take on the big boys at the club of former adversary Arsen Wenger.

Bundesliga club Bayern Munich are the front runners to sign Mourinho alongside French champions PSG. Former club Real Madrid are in the mix as well as Borussia Dortmund. Coral have Jose Mourinho 6-1 to join Arsenal, just ahead of Tottenham, Everton, Inter Milan, Portugal, AC Milan and Porto.
