Next Tottenham Manager Odds: Brendan Rodgers new favourite for Spurs job

Rodgers has been out of work since leaving the Foxes by mutual consent back in April, but the bookies believe he could make his return to management with the North London club this summer.

Spurs were previously backed to appoint Arne Slot as Antonio Conte’s permanent replacement, but the current Feyenoord boss ruled himself out of the running on Thursday.

In response, Coral has now installed Rodgers as the new 3/1 favourite to take the reins at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou is now second favourite at 7/2, with ex-Bayern Munich chief Julian Nagelsmann a 6/1 shot.

“After Arne Slot ruled out taking the Tottenham job, former Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers is the new favourite in our betting to be named the next Spurs manager," Coral's John Hill told FreeTips.com.

"Celtic's Ange Postecoglou is second best in the latest betting, which has changed considerably after talks with both Slot and Nagelsmann have not worked out for the club.”
