Celtic should take care of a fatigued Rangers on Sunday.

A home win with over 1.5 goals is my first pick, while I also expect the Gers to get on the scoresheet.

Celtic and Rangers will meet for the 445th time on Sunday. Remarkably, both teams won 170 matches, while 104 games finished level.

Rangers eased to a dominant 3-0 win in their most recent encounter at Ibrox earlier this year.

Celtic come into Sunday's Old Firm clash in search of a fourth successive win after a 2-0 Scottish Cup victory against Hibernian last week. Goals from Daizen Maeda and Adam Idah secured a place in the semi-finals for the Premiership leaders.

The Hoops remain dominant domestically at Parkhead. Brendan Rodgers's men won 27 and lost only one of 31 home league matches since September 2023.

On the verge of a fourth successive Premiership title, Celtic remain 16 points clear of Rangers with only nine games to play.

In spite of their midweek success, Barry Ferguson's men have now lost each of their last four home matches - a first in the club's 153-year history.

The Gers' recent away form has been much better, with victories picked up in each of their last four road games. Rangers scored 13 goals in those wins, including their sensational 3-1 success at Fenerbahce last week.

Rangers boss Ferguson is likely to make some changes after an exhausting 120 minutes at Ibrox on Thursday. Defenders Dujon Sterling and Leon Balogun will be assessed over the weekend.

Celtic can be relied upon at Parkhead, and they should take advantage of an emotionally and physically drained opponent.

A home win with at least two goals is my best bet, with Rangers also tipped to bring up the BTTS pick.
