St. Mirren vs Hamilton Preview, Predictions & Betting Tips

A tight contest is expected when St. Mirren host Hamilton in a Scottish Premiership relegation six pointer at the Simple Digital Arena. Both teams are separated by four points with just two matches to play and are in desperate need of a result.

Goals have been a problem for both teams in recent weeks and an outcome of under 2.5 Goals is tipped at odds of 1.80 while a draw is also predicted at 3.40.

St. Mirren FC Form & Team News

St. Mirren were held to a 1-1 draw at Motherwell in their previous Scottish Premiership fixture. They fell behind midway through the second half and needed a dramatic injury time equaliser from Kyle Maggenis to salvage a point.

It was the second straight draw for the Saints and leaves them still in the relegation playoff place, four points from safety. Oran Kearney’s men have recorded one win and three draws in their last 4 matches and are priced at odds of 2.10 to win on Monday.

St. Mirren's major problem has been in attack with striker Danny Mullen scoring just five goals this season. He usually has support from Simeon Jackson and Kyle McAllister, both of whom have combined for just two goals in their last 10 matches.
