Even though Girona grabbed just three points from their last six La Liga appearances, they still shouldn’t be worried about relegation, sitting in 13th place seven points above the red line.

After ending February with back to back defeats against Getafe 2-1 and Real Madrid 2-0, Michel’s side started this month with two consecutive draws against Celta Vigo 2-2 and Espanyol 1-1.

They recorded third straight draw just before the international break, home match against Valencia ending 1-1 where veteran Christian Stuani found an equalizer in the 64th minute.

Raphinha is expected to return to the starting lineup after missing out against Osasuna on Thursday (fitness issues). Marc Bernal, Andreas Christensen, Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Dani Olmo are ruled out due to injuries.

As for the visitors, they will be without Donny van de Beek who is suspended, while Ivan Martin, Abel Ruiz and Jhon Solis are injured.
