Galatasaray had a couple of slip ups recently in the Turkish Super Lig and as a consequence, their advantage over 2nd placed Fenerbahce has been reduced to just three points.

Cimbom have drawn against Kasimpasa 3-3 in early March, but then earned back to back victories against Alanyaspor 2-1 and Antalyaspor 4-0 before the international break.

Okan Buruk’s side underperformed in the Istanbul derby and lost 2-1 to Besiktas where Przemyslaw Frankowski was sent off early, while their only scorer was Lucas Torreira.

Last weekend, Galatasaray returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory at Samsunspor, Yunus Akgun and Victor Osimhen appearing on the scoresheet.

Bodrumspor Form

Bodrumspor appointed Jose Morais as the new head manager in early February and results have improved drastically under his leadership.

They recorded two very important victories in early March, beating Kasimpasa 1-0 and Rizespor 2-0 (Fredy scoring on both occasions), but finished the month with a 4-2 loss to Fenerbahce.

It took them only seven days to return to winning ways with a 1-0 road win at Alanyaspor where Ali Aytemur scored late, while last weekend’s clash against Antalyaspor ended in a goalless draw.

Team News

Kaan Ayhan, Elias Jelert and Mauro Icardi remain sidelined with long-term injuries, while Roland Sallai is suspended. Przemyslaw Frankowski is back after serving his suspension last week against Samsunspor.

As for the visitors, they will be without services of Kerem Ersunar and Musah Mohammed who are injured.
