Kayserispor vs Alanyaspor Predictions & Tips - Another crucial point for Kayserispor

Kayserispor are in fine form having won four of their last six matches. Alanyaspor have also been in good form but on the road they have yet to win in six matches. This match looks set to end in a low scoring draw.

They last met in the Turkish Super Lig in September 2020 where Alanyaspor won 2-0 at home.

Kayserispor have gotten themselves out of the relegation zone with four wins from their last six Super Lig matches. They are still only two points clear so points are key, especially at home.

This run began with two 1-0 victories at Denizlispor and at home to Yeni Malatyaspor. A 2-1 defeat followed at Gaziantep but Kayserispor bounced straight back to win 2-0 at home against Istanbul Basaksehir.

A trip to title challenging Fenerbahce followed where Kayserispor suffered a 3-0 defeat. In their last match they beat Kasimpasa 1-0 away thanks to a 90th minute winner by Ugur Demirok.

After a difficult start, manager Dan Petrescu is certainly starting to get a tune out of his squad. Their form has been such that they will be expected to give Alanyaspor a good run for their money.

Silviu Lung Jr. is not expected to be fit despite being back in training. Dogan Alemdar should continue in goal.

Forward Denis Alibec is injured and will be so for the rest of the season. Anton Maglica will have to carry the goals burden for now.

Alanyaspor are fourth on the Turkish Super Lig table, five points behind third place but only a point ahead of Trabzonspor in fifth. They will be desperate to remain in the European places after such a good start to the season.

Despite three wins in their last four matches, Alanyaspor have not won in their last six fixtures on the road. Over their last four matches, Alanyaspor have beaten Erzurumspor 4-1 at home in the Turkish Cup but then drew 1-1 away against the same opponents in the Super Lig.

That was followed by a cracking 4-3 home victory over Ankaragucu where Alanyaspor had to come from 2-0 down to win. In their last match, Alanyaspor defeated Sivasspor 3-1 at home.

Alanyaspor were 2-0 up by the break thanks to Fatih Aksoy and Davidson. With 30 minutes to play Khouma Babacar made it 3-0. A late consolation goal by Sivasspor did not distract from a dominant home performance.

Alanyaspor have no injury concerns ahead of this match. Georgias Tzavellas makes his return from suspension and should be straight back into the side.

Alanyaspor did lose their best player, Bakasetas to Trabzonspor this month so could struggle in attacking areas for the rest of the season.
