Leeds look set to continue their fine form as they welcome Hull to Elland Road on Tuesday. The Whites are on a six-match winning run in the EFL Championship and should ease past an inconsistent Hull team.

Leeds Form

Leeds claimed a 2-0 victory at Huddersfield Town in their previous Championship fixture. Second half goals from Ezgjan Alioski and Pablo Hernandez were enough to earn the Whites all three points.

It was the sixth consecutive win for Marcelo Bielsa’s men who are going toe-to-toe with West Brom at the top of the table. They also have the best defence in the Championship and head into Tuesday’s clash with clean sheets in their last three matches.

Leeds have also done the business at the other end of the pitch with Patrick Bamford who has seven goals this season.

Leeds News

Leeds have no injury concerns ahead of the visit of Hull and are set to welcome back midfielder Kalvin Phillips who missed the win at Huddersfield through suspension.

Hull Form

Hull are coming off a 2-1 home victory against Stoke in their previous Championship fixture. The fell behind early in the contest but struck back in the second half thanks to a brace from Jarrod Bowen.

The Tigers have won just two of their last five matches and are winless in their last two matches on the road. They suffered a 3-1 defeat at bottom club Barnsley in their last away match.

Hull News

Hull will be without striker Josh Magennis who is nursing a hamstring problem while Jon Toral and Kevin Stewart are also ruled out with injury. Leonardo Lopes could be handed another start after playing the full 90 minutes against Stoke following an injury spell.

Leeds vs Hull Head to Head

Leeds have a 6-4 advantage with six draws from 16 previous matches against Hull. The Tigers claimed a 2-0 victory on their last visit to Elland Road with Jarrod Bowen netting a brace. Leeds would have been left disappointed by the defeat as they were the better side with 65% possession and six attempts on target.

Leeds vs Hull Betting Odds

Leeds are short priced for the win at 1.36 while Hull City are valued at 8.00 with a draw offered at odds of 4.75 at bet365. Leeds have kept clean sheets in their last three matches, that places a home win to nil at odds of 2.40 while a -1 handicap is paying 2.05.

Leeds vs Hull Match Up

Patrick Bamford has seven goals this season, two of which have come in his last two home matches. He will be the one to watch for Leeds United alongside Mateusz Klich and Jack Harrison who have been among the goals lately.

Jarrod Bowen is the top scorer for Hull City but most of his recent goals have come at home. The striker has found the net just once in his last three away matches and is expected to struggle against the meanest defence in the Championship.
