Olimpija couldn’t do much against Galatasaray though, losing 4-0 on aggregate to the Turkish giants. The outcome in the Europa League playoffs was also negative, getting defeated by Qarabag 3-1.

The Dragons are in decent shape in the Slovenian top flight, earning two back to back victories in September against Mura 3-1 and Maribor 2-1.
