The Netherlands are through to the last 16 of Euro 2020 thanks to a 2-0 victory over Austria.

The Dutch blew a two-goal lead before finally seeing off Ukraine 3-2 in their opener, but there would be no repeat of that drama.

VAR awarded them a penalty on 11 minutes after Denzel Dumfries was tripped just inches into the box.

Depay did not waste his chance to break the deadlock, firing in the spot-kick to make it 1-0 to the Netherlands.

It took a while for the second goal to come, but it did on 67 minutes when Donyell Malen raced clear of the Austrian defence and laid the ball off for Dumfries to score.

The Netherlands wrap up their group campaign against North Macedonia on Monday evening, while Austria take on Ukraine at the same time.
