Wales vs Turkey Predictions

Even though they qualified for EURO, Turkey will aim for at least one point in this match to stay at the top of the group. Wales didn’t look great against Armenia last weekend, so a draw is likely in Cardiff.

Head to Head

Wales have a 4-3 advantage against Turkey with 1 draw in 8 matches.

The most recent head to head encounter was won by Turkey 2-0 in June.

Wales Form

Wales’ great form and two consecutive victories against Latvia 2-0 and Croatia 2-1 might be for nothing after last weekend’s 1-1 draw against Armenia.

The Dragons currently sit in 3rd place in Group D with 11 points and will need a miracle to advance to EURO 2024.

Robert Page’s side played two friendly matches this season. Their clash against the Korean Republic ended without goals in September, while they beat Gibraltar 4-0 in October. Kieffer Moore was the man of the match, scoring a brace.

Turkey Form

Turkey are entering this match with high confidence after beating Germany 3-2 in a friendly match on Saturday. Ferdi Kadioglu, Kenan Yildiz and Yusuf Sari hit the target in that duel.

As for the EURO 2024 qualifying campaign, the Crescent Stars already secured one of the top two spots after collecting 16 points through seven matches.

Appearance in Germany in the final tournament was sealed in October with back to back victories against Croatia 1-0 and Latvia 4-0.
